Sandra Mittry has been our real estate agent for almost two years. During this time, Sandy has been helpful, patient and accommodating to say the least. The house shopping odyssey has been difficult for us as first time home buyers but Sandy has guided us through thick and thin. She took the time to know exactly what we were looking for and hasn’t shown us anything that we could not afford. She has never tried to “sell” us something that would not suit our family but has always looked at every property with our best interest at heart. She has been our advocate and has literally protected us. Whenever we have questions she answers them and if she doesn’t know the answer she finds them. She has put in countless offers, stayed up late nights making sure our paperwork was in order and has gone out with our entire family of 6 to see more homes than we care to remember. She has researched programs for us and is always learning to better her ability to help all her clients. We trust her opinions and she has always been honest with us. Sandy has been a blessing not only to this process but to our family.

It was a very bad time that we have been to. Because I change my mind on a house two times. But you handle things very professionally! You stay calm and solve all the problems. You know all the steps of buying a house. You know a lot of people in the area. Finally, you did all the work for me. I will contact you when I go look for a house and refer you to any of my friends and relatives.
